Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements (rollover). Withdrawals may only be processed once the wagering conditions have been fully met in accordance with the bonus rules.
All withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method or a bank account registered in the member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Apii33 reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found to have provided false information during registration, without any refund of remaining deposit balances. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Apii33 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods for Malaysian players, including bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods available on the deposit page. The list of active payment methods is subject to change depending on provider policy updates.
The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are set separately and displayed on the deposit page. apii33 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond apii33's control.
All deposits must be made from legitimate financial sources in your own name. apii33 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods or funds obtained through illegal means. Any deposit suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Members may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings section as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Limits can be decreased immediately, while increases require a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect.
Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time through the withdrawal section in their account. Withdrawals are processed automatically for amounts below a certain threshold, while larger amounts may require manual review by the apii33 finance team.

In cases where fraud is confirmed, the associated funds will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Apii33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, and those terms form part of this agreement once the bonus is accepted by the member.
All bonuses awarded are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash or withdrawn. The required wagering rate varies by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
Apii33 strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating bets between accounts, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotions.
Apii33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, revoke promotional benefits, or close the account of any member found to be abusing the bonus system, without prior notice. apii33's decision in such matters is final.
All games on the apii33 platform must be played in accordance with the rules established for each game. Results generated by the game system are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verifiable technical errors confirmed by the apii33 technical team.
In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, apii33 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. This decision is final and cannot be disputed by the member.
The use of any assistance software, bots, automated scripts, or other technological tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited. apii33 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect abnormal activity, and appropriate action will be taken against any suspected accounts.
For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any dispute regarding a Live Casino game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the game session, and the investigation will be conducted based on the video recording of that session.
Apii33 members are required to conduct themselves politely and respectfully across all areas of the platform, especially in live casino chat rooms. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

Apii33 will never request your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication asking for your login credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please contact the apii33 support team immediately at [email protected] to freeze your account and prevent further losses.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the apii33 support team. Any remaining balance in the account (subject to applicable wagering conditions) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe once all required reviews are completed.
Apii33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, funds in the account may be held while the investigation is carried out.
Members who wish to stop playing permanently may use the self-exclusion option available in the account settings section. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period, and apii33 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the member from accessing the platform again during that period.
The apii33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. apii33 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error-free, or fully secure from all cyber threats at all times. We will make every effort to ensure platform stability and security, but occasional technical disruptions are entirely beyond our control.
Apii33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or data loss. apii33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Apii33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published to the website. apii33 will endeavor to notify members of material changes via in-platform notifications or email, but it remains the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
This Terms and Conditions document is interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the apii33 platform operator. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the platform operator.
Nothing in this document prevents members from seeking legal remedies available to them under consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
